Very friendly stuff, the hotel looked cleaned overall, comfy room with good sized bed.

Nicely decorated public areas and the room, which was modern and tastefully designed. Ordered evening meals in the bar area which we enjoyed. Breakfast on the first day was lovely with everything available, but not so good on day 2. Staff were lovely and helpful and we would stay again but please get more staff in the kitchen and dining room.

I was very slightly perturbed when I read some negative reviews of this hotel. But I am mystified how anyone could have other than very positive views. The reception staff were efficient and friendly, the room was well decorated, very clean, and daily housekeeping was a big bonus and something that has disappeared from an awful number of hotels. The public areas were spacious, well decorated and comfortable. No problems with disabled parking, and the hotel’s location was very handy for the M11 as well as being on the outskirts of Harlow itself. The hotel proved to be excellent value for money, and I would certainly look forward to a future stay there. 100% recommended !

The room was made up every day which is excellent. It was lovely to come back to freshly made beds and clean towels every day. The morning and day staff were very friendly. The shower was amazing!! The room had everything you need including iron and ironing board. I love the fact that it has windows that can open for fresh air every day too. Some hotels don't have windows that open, so we were very pleased. The room size was also very spacious.

They’ve had tremendous amount of money spent on this hotel in the last year. Also, they have got rid of the old furniture in the bedrooms and really brought it up.
